Can I get extra nights in my package when we are ready to travel?

Yes... Should you wish to extend your stay with additional nights let your travel coordinator know when making the initial reservation... Additional nights are based on availability and extra charges will apply... Ask your travel coordinator about our preferred corporate rates!

Can I make this vacation a group vacation or family reunion?

These packages are designed for individual families and some resorts restrict group travel. Because these packages are designed for introducing families to vacation ownership, we ask that individual families travel separately. However, you can refer a friend and we can book them into a separate package.

When can I expect to receive written confirmation of my travel dates?

Final travel documents are typically mailed out within 48 to 72 hours after receiving your travel date request... Reservations can be made by calling 866-363-0888... Travel dates are typically confirmed within 48 hours or less... Please keep your Final Travel Docs in a safe place as you will need to bring them when checking in at the welcome center.

Are there any additional charges?

The price paid for your package covers everything included in the package. The only additional charges to the package are transportation to and from the destinations, state and/or local taxes and certificate fees. Consult your certificates for those charges. Taxes normally depend on time and locations of travel and are paid while traveling.

Do I have to attend a presentation in all the vacation destinations?

No, you are only required to take the 90 minute tour while while you're on your base vacations: Orlando, Myrtle Beach, Branson, Charleston & Cancun.
