Rescisions.

The purchase of a vacation certificate puts all assignees on notice of the consumer's right to rescind under section 559.927, Florida Statutes. Travel Select Group is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration number ST41217. You may rescind this contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days of the date of purchase or receipt of vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may also cancel this contract if the accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for the use as provided in the contract. If you decide to rescind, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the vacation and sending notice to Travel Select Group. Terms and Conditions.

This is not a contest or drawing and the vacation is not something you have won. This is a promotional vacation offer from Travel Select Group. You must be between the ages of 25 and 65 to participate. If you do you do not fall in the required age range, you must transfer this vacation package to a qualified traveler and you may travel as their guest if you wish to do so. We ask that you re-confirm your arrival date 60 days prior to your arrival though our customer service department. You may reschedule your reservations once without charges long as the request is made at least 60 days prior to the date of arrival and as long as you travel within 18 months of the date of receipt. Accommodations for the land destinations other than the Mini Bonus destinations would be for up to 4 people (5 with children 12 and under). The Mini Bonus destinations would include accommodations for 2 people. You are eligible for this promotion price in exchange for 90 minutes of your time of previewing our host resorts. Both you and your spouse/traveling companion must attend. Your vacation is fully transferable to any adult of your choice over the age of 25, which means you can give this away as a great gift or sell it if you so choose. Your vacation package is final upon receipt of credit card payment and/or check draft. You will be mailed confirmation immediately thereafter.

Certificates.

Travel certificates are provided at no additional cost in some packages. These certificates can be used for the Cruise / Mini Bonus Getaway destinations. Any applicable certificate fees are not included. Consult your certificate for these charges.

Accommodations.

All hotel accommodations are based on availability. We ask for a minimum of 60 days advance notice for hotels and 90 to 120 days is recommended for the cruise and mini bonus portions. We strive to accommodate all requests, however we reserve the right to substitute hotels based upon availability.
